LIFESTYLE CONSIDERATIONS

O.K., now you've got the exercises that will get you on track to a larger penis.  But is there anything else you could and should be doing to ensure growth?  Here are four suggestions we feel deserve consideration in your enlargement regimen. Try to incorporate these tips into your daily routine until they become good habits.

1.  Lose extra weight!!
Any doctor can tell you that weight control has a lot to do with penis size.  A noted professor of urology in Indiana says, "You don't see naked men, but doctors do.  We never see a fat man with a big penis, and we never see an emaciated man with a small penis."  When a man puts on those extra pounds, the fold of fat that surrounds the base of his penis (called the pre-pubic panniculus) gains in girth, as well. "That encroaches on the shaft of the penis.  When we get a 300-pounder, all we see is the head."   If this doesn't seem important, consider this:

For every 35 pounds you gain, you can lose an inch of penis!

That got your attention!  Take it easy on the potato chips, burgers, fries, candy bars, ice cream.....

2.  Vitamins!!
     Increase your energy and your sex drive by taking these supplements every day:
          * 2,000 mg. of vitamin C 2 or 3 times a day
          * 30 mg. of zinc
          * 10,000 units (IU) of mixed carotenoids.
          * 10 mg. of vitamin E
          * 200 meg. of selenium
          * 80 mg. of coenzyme Q
          * 100 i.u. of vitamin D
          * 50 mg. of thiamin

3.  Relax!!
It may sound cliché, but don't let life's little problems get you down.  Too much stress kill the libido. Though more common in men in their 30's, stress affects every male at some point in their lives.  Work through the tough times, then regain your sexual prowess.  Relax.

4.  Exercise!
Keep up with your regular (non-penis related) daily exercise routines.  It's particularly helpful if you do some aerobic exercises right before or just after exercising your penis.  Exercise increases the male testosterone levels in your body.  Remember, strength & cardiovascular training will also definitely enhance your sex life.  The acrobatics involved in sex require strong muscles and flexibility, so any extra fitness you gain will benefit your performance between the sheets!
