PREPARATION

Soak a washcloth in warm-to-hot water, then wring it out.  Take the cloth and wrap it around the shaft of your penis (either flaccid or erect).  Hold it there a minute, remove it, repeat at least twice.  Dry off your penis well. 

Before you begin your daily exercises start out with this procedure.  The hot compress is beneficial because it draws blood to the area of your penis, thereby increasing the blood flow and making the skin slightly elastic.  Another benefit is that this also ensures a good grip for the exercises you will be completing.
